In light of the global spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus (coronavirus) and the COVID-19 pandemic and the uncertainty whether our chairman or any member of the Board of Directors will be able to personally attend the 2022 Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors may make an ad hoc proposal for the election of an ad hoc chairperson of the 2022 Annual General Meeting.
